Gift Cards need to be created on Studio first prior to adding values on the gift cards through the EZ Dine app. For detailed steps on creating the gift cards please reference the Studio Article found here
Studio Managing Gift Cards


Step 1: Add Value

Employee access to gift cards will need the Gift Card Admin permission turned on inside Studio


  1. Once gift cards are created on Studio you will see a gift card item listed by default that will be part of the menu
  2. The gift card item will be positioned after the last category setup on the menu
  3. Start an order and select the gift card item and the gift card add credit window will be displayed
  4. Enter the gift card number and amount to be added on the gift card
  5. Hit done and the gift card item and add value amount will be listed on the order
  6.  Any value added to gift cards values will be tax free
  7. Select send and you will be taken to the payment page to finalize the order
