Gift Cards are a form of payment with a specified cash vault used for goods and services within your business.

Creating a Gift Card Batch

A gift card batch will be necessary to the activation and usage of gift cards within the app.
  1. Click on Gift Cards with the REWARDS & PAYMENTS section.
  2. Click on Add Gift Card + to add a card batch to the system
  3. Enter the following information.
    1. The starting numbers of the gift card
      1. Minimum number 6
      2. This is the first card in a batch
    2. Amount of the cards
      1. This can be left blank for manual entry later within the App
      2. Note that pre-loaded cards will need to have the amounts entered into the system.
    3. Card Count
      1. This is the amount of cards within this batch and will determine in order based off the first number
        1. Example card 1 606060
        2. Card 2 606061
    4. Batch Name
    5. Click Save

Managing cards

  1. Click on Gift Cards with the REWARDS & PAYMENTS section.
  2. Type in the card number
  3. You can do the following things
    1. Deactivate a card
      1. NOTE: this cannot be reversed, the card will need to be re-activated within the pos.
    2. Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon to view history
