In this article we will go over resolving issues with the Clover Mini credit card terminal disconnecting frequently
Step 1: Ensure Wifi is off on your Clover Mini Terminal
- On the Clover Mini Press on the four corners of the touch screen at the same time to pull up the admin Menu
- At the bottom, Press on the Square button to pull up the App Screen
- Close the by swiping up or the X on the upper right of the application
- Back on the Home Screen Choose the Settings option
- In the settings menu choose the Network and Internet option
- Ensure the WiFi option is toggled to the left and gray (off)
- Confirm the Ethernet(hardwired) option shows connected. If there is also a toggle selection for Ethernet make sure its switched to the right and Blue (ON)
- Press on the circle button at the bottom to return to the home screen
- Press on the Cardpointe Application option to open back your Credit Card terminal Program
- On the Welcome screen, Press on Okay to return to customer mode
