My Printer will not turn on / there are no lights on my printer

  1. Ensure the power connector to the power brick is not loose and is fully secure
  2. Check the power connection to the printer to see if it is loose
  3. If there was a recent power loss, try turning the printer on again with the power button
  4. Try to see if the utility is affected simply by plugging another electronic device to that outlet and see if the it will receive power

My print out is dim or faded

  1. Try another roll of paper: The ink is on the paper itself and could be a bad treatment from the factory
  2. Ensure the power supply is not plugged into a surge protector. The printer uses electricity to heat the paper and surge protectors throttle the amount of electricity the printer can obtain which will cause bad heating
  3. Clean the printer head: Please consult <tbd>
