Step 1: Use Device
Accessing the POS device will require the assigned employee task to have the Use Device permission turned on from Studio
- Once the employee is clocked in with the required use device permission you will have access to the EZ Dine app main control center page
- Select use device and enter your employee passcode to log into the control center page
- Listed on the top header will be the EZ Dine app logo, store name/number, device name, current date and time, employee who is currently logged into the device, and exist screen icon located at the top right hand corner
- The exist screen icon will be accessible from any section. When selected you will be automatically re-directed back to the main login page
- Bottom footer of the page will display the current EZ Dine app version number
- From the control center you will have the ability to perform all POS features from placing orders, running reports, accessing finalized transactions, and much more
- Each control center section will require the related employee permissions to be turned on from Studio. Details regarding the permission levels and functionality of each section can be found inside their respective articles
