Modifier Groups allow the ability to control and organize a list of modifiers when selecting items. The modifier groups can be linked to the categories, items, or modifiers directly. Popular modifier groups configurations are temperature, dressing and side choices



Step 1: Add Modifier Group

  1. Select the green + Add Modifier Group option
  2. The create new modifier group window will be displayed
  3. Enter the name for the modifier group, description(optional), and min and max selections
  4. Min and Max will be the required quantity selections of the modifiers inside the modifier group
  5. Number of free modifiers means how many modifier selections before any upcharge will be applied. Common examples would be dressings. Setting up number of free of 1. This would mean the first dressing selection is free and any dressing selections after would apply the upcharge automatically
  6. Select the blue modifiers tab and your modifier options selector window will be displayed
  7. You can search for any existing modifiers, create a new modifier, or use the search filters
  8. You can select/toggle on each modifier choice and those selections will be listed in blue
  9. Hit save your modifiers will be assigned to the modifier group
  10. You will now have these modifiers groups available to attach directly to categories, items, or modifiers
