Considered the main sales report as it will provide an overall snapshot of the store's business activity. Provides details from sales, payments, taxes, and deposits. All the required information needed to submit financial information for accounting purposes
Hourly Sales
Hourly Sales provides data for managing the peak or down times during operating hours. Numbers include net sales, transaction/guest counts, and their averages by each hour period for finalized transactions
Product Mix
Product Mix will provide analysis on inventory levels and product movement along with cost. Numbers include the item/product gross sales, quantity, and any cost associated to the items sold. Items will be sorted by the reporting groups setup on the categories/items inside the menu
