Step 1: Selecting Report Parameters

Inside the reports section select the Sales/Labor Reports heading to expand and view the entire list of reports
Each report selected you will need to select the store, date, and individual or combined report type before generating
  1. Select the store/s and save
  2. The start/end date will be defaulted to the previous day's business. Select the date option and you will see pre-set date options to choose from. Also you can select the custom date option to enter any date/time range to run the report for
  3. For multiple stores you can turn on to list each individual store separately. Or turn on final combined report to list all stores together. If only one store then the final combined report is all that is needed to be selected
  4. Once these required selections are completed you can generate the report
  5. When finished running reports the Home button will take you back to Studio

Step 2: Generating Reports

  1. Once the report is generated you will have the following options
  2. Expand to view the report details located in the top left hand corner
  3. Email and Export the report as PDF
  4. Select the blue notepad icon located in the top right hand corner for a list of common report definitions
