Step 1: Redeeming Gift Cards

Employee access for redeeming a gift card will need the Gift Card Payment permission turned on inside Studio


  1. From the payment page you will have the option to redeemed previously created gift cards
  2. Select the gift card payment option and you will see a gift card number entry field
  3. Input the gift card number and hit the green add payment tab to apply the the gift card
  4. The gift card amount being redeemed will be shown inside the payment window
  5. Instances were the gift card amount does not cover the full order balance.  The gift card amount being redeemed will be listed above the blue payments button
  6. The remaining balance of the order will need to paid by another form of payment
  7. Once the order is finalized the gift card receipt will print automatically listing the gift card number, amount redeemed, and the current balance of the gift card
