The users created within this section should only be authorized staff. These users will generally be the following:
- Owners
- General Managers
- Menu Editors
- Accountants needing reports
- Users authorized to authenticate devices

If you are needing to create an account for an employee, please use the following document: How To Manage Employee Accounts.


Send Registration email

  • Check on Company Select
    • This will be used generally by multiple location owners.
    • Select the company (screen shots will be available when live)
  • Click on Users in the COMPANY section.
  • Click on Invite User
  • Type the employee email in the Register New User prompt and click Send

Viewing pending invitations

  • Click on Users in the COMPANY section.
  • Click on Pending Invites
  • Here you will be able to view a list of pending EZ Dine Studio user invitations.
    • You can click on the Blue Resend Invitation Button to resend the invite.
    • You can click on the Red Trash Can Button to delete the invitation.
