Step 1: EZ Dine Studio user creation

First you will need a studio user created for authenticating the device. For detailed instructions on user creation please reference the Studio article here

If your user will be using the app for transacting sales you will need the following transaction permissions turned on your studio user account

Step 2: Authenticate Android device

You will have three tries to authenticate the device successfully. After the third attempt the user account will be locked for five minutes before being able to try again
  1. Start the EZ Dine app located on your Android device
  2. When EZ Dine loads it will require user authentication to access the device
  3. Enter the studio user email/password and select authenticate device
  4. Once EZ Dine is successfully authenticated you will select the store EZ Dine will be associated with. If using only one store it will automatically authenticate your user to the store
  5. All Finished! EZ Dine is now ready to be used. You will see the employee login page for employees to start clocking in
